What we collect

This site collects the information you type into the contact form: your name, email, company website, services you are interested in, and what you tell us about your project or business. We also use Google's measurement tools to understand website visits and advertising results. These tools can receive technical information about your browser and the pages you visit, and can use cookies. Our lead-measurement events use fixed labels for a completed enquiry or booking, rather than the name, email address, or project details you enter.

The First AI Project Kit

When you request the kit, we use your email address to deliver it and send five practical emails over approximately two weeks, including invitations to discuss a project. The form explains this before you submit. There is no ongoing newsletter enrollment. You can unsubscribe using the link in any campaign email.

Resend stores your email, signup time, the version of the signup disclosure, campaign version, initial source, enrollment state, and sales status. Our team can mark a contact as in conversation or booked to stop future nurture emails. We use these records to manage delivery, preferences, and the campaign. We do not send your email or contact identifiers to Google Analytics.

After you submit an email address, an essential cookie remembers your kit access for up to 90 days. Kit emails include a signed access link so you can return from another device. The access credential contains no email address. Links and downloaded files can be forwarded by recipients.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to our team as email through Resend, our email delivery provider. The website itself does not keep a separate database of contact-form submissions or kit signups. Kit subscription records are held in Resend as described above. To protect the form from abuse, a hashed version of your network address is held briefly for rate limiting and then expires automatically.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Vercel, which receives standard technical request data, such as your IP address, when pages load. Typefaces are served from our own domain. Google processes measurement data through Google Ads and, when configured, Google Analytics. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. Information you enter in that calendar is processed by Calendly to arrange your meeting.

Your choices

If you want the details you sent us corrected or deleted, use the contact form and we will take care of it. You can also use your browser's cookie and tracking controls to limit measurement.
